Everything You Need, In One Place

Our Member Resources are designed to make your work and life easier. We partner closely with the primary care community to design programs that improve care, reduce stress, and enhance professional satisfaction. From in-practice solutions like EMR and billing support to MOA recruitment, clinic setup, and patient transitions, our IPS team is here to lighten the load.

With our events, wellness initiatives, interdisciplinary committees, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives, we bring family physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialists together to strengthen medical care in the Chilliwack region. Whether you’re new to the region or a long-time provider, lifelong learning and professional growth are part of the culture here.

Practical Solutions For Daily Practice

Running a practice comes with challenges, and our role is to help lighten that load. Our In-Practice Solutions team can provide tools, expertise, and support for the administrative side of medicine, so you can focus on patient care. These services are designed to save you time, reduce stress, and strengthen your practice.

Patient Attachment

Connecting patients with the right providers is central to better care. We use the provincial Health Connect Registry to match your practice with unattached patients. If you have a clinical focus like chronic disease or mental health, we’ll help align referrals with your expertise. It’s a seamless way to grow your panel while strengthening access to care for the community.

EMR Support

Whether you’re starting a new clinic or looking to optimize your setup, choosing the right EMR for a new practice is a big decision. We help family physicians compare systems based on cost, functionality, and how well they integrate with local services. For MOAs, we offer hands-on training, troubleshooting, and workflow support. Our goal is to ensure your EMR supports efficiency and patient care from day one.

Medical Billing

Billing shouldn’t be a headache. While family physicians focus on patients, we support MOAs with billing questions, error resolution, and system navigation to ensure your clinic gets paid accurately and on time so you can focus on what matters most.

MOA Recruitment

Medical Office Assistants are the backbone of every clinic, and finding the right fit makes all the difference. We help recruit experienced MOAs who align with your practice needs, so your team stays supported and your patients receive seamless, high-quality care.

MOA Relief Coverage

Our MOA relief coverage program ensures temporary, qualified support when your staff needs time off, keeping your clinic running smoothly and your patients well cared for.

Team-Based Care Through the Primary Care Network

In the Chilliwack region, providers are part of a collaborative, team-based care system that supports patients and practitioners. Through the Primary Care Network (PCN), you can refer eligible patients to allied health services such as clinical counselors, physiotherapists, and more, at no cost to the patient. These supports ensure that the right services are being offered by the right professionals, providing more opportunities for you to work to your full scope.
