One of the things I’ve valued most here is the mentorship, especially among female physicians. There’s a real culture of sharing knowledge, setting boundaries, and supporting each other in meaningful ways. That kind of support has been consistent across the entire community. It is not just one or two people carrying the weight. Everyone looks out for each other.
