From day one, the welcome was genuine and warm. Colleagues and other local doctors offered to host me, help orient me, invite me to play tennis, help with schooling options for my kids, and support me both personally and professionally. That kind of kindness made me feel like I belonged immediately.
When I first arrived in Chilliwack, I was struck by how welcoming the physician community was. The Division reached out immediately, not just to help me get settled professionally, but to support my family as well. One of the physicians even invited us to play pickleball, and my husband became so passionate about it that he now plays regularly.
I came to Chilliwack for my training but stayed for the full service care I can provide my patients and the amazing colleagues.
