The Chilliwack Division of Family Practice is a dedicated non-profit society that proudly represents family physicians, nurse practitioners, medical residents, and students across Chilliwack, Agassiz-Harrison, Seabird Island, Hope, and surrounding areas up to Boothroyd. Our mission is to enhance health care services for our community by building a cohesive, cooperative, and engaged network of primary care providers, ultimately improving patient outcomes and influencing local health care policies. Sponsored by the Family Practice Services Committee, a joint initiative of the BC Ministry of Health and Doctors of BC, we pride ourselves on being able to draw alongside our health professional colleagues in their offices to address pain points and ensure success. We prioritise relationships and have a genuine desire to see our colleagues thrive in their professional lives.
